We’re turning LOVE into ACTION both globally and locally. At Lakeshore, we’re focusing our energy and resources on things that matter to make a difference in the world both locally, with partners like LoveINC, Habitat for Humanity, Swiss village and others or globally in Honduras or China, because we count it a privilege to follow Jesus and serve as He did.

Who we are . . .

LOVE-the whole point of following Jesus. Love is “movement toward” regardless of social status, financial position, or background. At Lakeshore, we’re focusing our energy and resources on things that matter to make a difference in the world, because we count it a privilege to follow Jesus and serve as He did. Some of the ways we do this are “inside the box” and others “way outside the box”.

We’re looking for tangible and measurable ways to help the oppressed, the down and out, and those who society and the world think don’t matter. We’re looking to put a name and a face and a relationship to those we serve, knowing that we’re the ones who receive the blessing. We know that serving others by “doing together” matters, because the worst kind of poverty is loneliness and isolation. Giving of yourself, investing yourself, can change everything!

Our ministry believes that everyone has something to offer. We’re constantly looking for ways to help you take that next step; whether it’s boarding an airplane to a foreign land to bring hope to orphans, picking up a hammer to help build affordable housing in a nearby community, pouring into the life of a child, or seeing a need where we supply necessary funds to allow your God-given dreams to take shape.
