Welcome to Lakeshore Lutheran Fellowship PDF Print E-mail

We are thrilled that you are expressing interest in our Fellowship at Lakeshore. We know that people consider many things when visiting churches. The teaching, the music, age groups, families, singles, or opportunities to serve. What you may be seeking could be dramatically different from the next person - or it could be exactly the same.

At Lakeshore, one thing remains consistent. We, as a church, exist to spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples. We will accomplish this as we connect people who connect people to Jesus. Along the way, we teach and share. We sing and laugh. We roll up our sleeves and get involved. And sometimes, we're quietly still in the presence of God.

We are a growing church, but one with open doors and open hearts. Our congregation covers many generations, among which are people of every stage of faith. We welcome those seeking God and His truths, regardless of questions, baggage, or plain old life experiences.

Whatever you're looking for, you mean something to our God and Father. As God's church at Lakeshore, you mean something to us. Please know that you are always welcome here.

Haiti Earthquake Relief PDF Print E-mail

Haiti

LCMS WRHC

DEAR FRIENDS IN CHRIST:

As news of what is being called the largest earthquake to hit Haiti in more than 200 years reached LCMS World Relief and Human Care, the Synod's mercy arm began preparing to reach out in the Caribbean nation with much needed assistance and working in cooperation with Lutheran partners.

"The unfolding drama in Haiti calls for unlimited mercy on the part of the people of the LCMS. The needs are urgent and overwhelming right now," said Glenn F. Merritt, director of Disaster Response. "I appeal to God's people to respond as generously as possible during this most difficult time."

Consider a congregational gift or special door offering to strengthen and support our men and women who will respond to disaster in Haiti in the weeks and months ahead. Thank you!
